Our Services

Functional Capacity Assessment Reports
We provide comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) to evaluate a participant’s strengths, challenges, and support needs. These reports help with NDIS funding applications, plan reviews, and service planning by identifying the level of assistance required for daily living and community participation as well as the support ratio and necessary hours to support the participant to live a more independent life.

Occupational Therapy Sensory Assessments
Our sensory assessments help participants understand their sensory preferences and challenges. This is particularly beneficial for those participants who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), and sensory processing difficulties and deficits enabling personalised strategies to enhance comfort, regulation, and daily functioning.

Life Skills Training – Learning New Skills
We support participants in building essential life skills to enhance independence and confidence. Training areas include cooking, budgeting, time management, personal care, social skills, problem-solving, goal setting and execution to improve everyday living.

Independent Living Support
We provide tailored support for independent living, ensuring participants have access to appropriate modifications and assistive technologies

Fatigue and Pain Management
We help participants develop strategies to manage long-term pain and fatigue, improving daily living and quality of life. This includes pacing techniques, ergonomic adjustments, and energy conservation strategies.

Alcohol and Other Drugs (AoD) Support
We provide non-judgmental, person-centred support for individuals affected by alcohol and drug use, working in line with their stage of change and recovery journey.
